RETURN + REFUNDS 

At Embellish we realise that when purchasing online items sometimes they may not be suitable once you receive them. 

If you receive an item that you'd like to return you must do so within 7 days of receiving it.  

Please send us an email at  embellishhomeandresort@gmail.com to let us know your purchase is being sent back.

Goods must be returned to us in original condition i.e. packaging, tags still attached.

Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser. 

Until the item is received by Embellish it is still your responsibility so we recommend that you use track and trace. 

Please note we do not offer a refund or exchange on any of our sale items.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive your item back a refund will be processed within 5 working days.  Please allow for weekends and public holidays for delays in bank processing into your account. 

Please note our shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Although at Embellish we take quality control very seriously.  Should you receive any item that is faulty, we ask that you let us know straightway at the email address above.

Once we receive the faulty item back if the exact same item is still available we will replace it for you.  If this isn't possible a full refund (including our shipping costs) will be processed within 5 working days.  

 

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size once receiving it.  Please let us know as soon as you receive it.  We can be contacted at the email address above. 

 

SALE ITEMS

On occasion we will sale items out.  Any purchasing of sale items are deemed final.  There will be no refunds, returns or credits.  

AVAILABILITY

Due to stock being sold in store and online at the same time availability on the odd occasion could be comprised.  Should an item be purchased then not available a full refund will be issued.
