How do I know my order has been received ? Once you place an order with Embellish you will be sent a confirmation email. Please check carefully and make sure all the details are correct. If any of the details on your confirmation email are not correct please contact us straightaway at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will I know my order is on its way ? Embellish will send you an email when your package has left our shop, including your track and trace/courier information.
Do you do lay-bys ? No sorry we are not able to do lay-bys unless you visit our store in Kerikeri.
Do you accept P.O Box numbers ? No sorry we don't. Please make sure you provide a physical address as in some cases a signature will be required.
Do you accept bank transfer payments ? Yes we do. When you're checking out to pay please choose the Bank Deposit option.
What are your garments made from ? All Embellish's garments are made from 100% Rayon. Rayon is to be washed in cold water. Print placement on some garments may be different than shown in our photos.
Do you accept overseas purchases ? We certainly do. If you would like to purchase from overseas please email us on email@example.com with the items you are interested in with sizes etc if required and we will get back to you with a price for postage. Please also advise an address so that we can get you an accurate price.
Do you have a store we can visit ? Yes we do. Our store is based in Kerikeri, 2 Cobham Road (beside Spark). Our hours are Mon - Fri 10am - 5pm and Sat 10am - 1pm.
If an item has sold out can I re-order ? On some products this may be possible. We travel to Indonesia usually 3 times a year. Feel free to contact us and see if this is possible. If we can obtain the item for you we will discuss delivery, timing etc. If you commit to the re-order a 50% non refundable deposit will be required.
