Do each of your stores have different labels ?

YES!  Due to exclusivity in each town our stores have different labels as below.  Both our Kerikeri and Paihia stores are a little different from each other.

KERIKERI - Nature Baby, Jamie Kay, Betty Basic Essentials, Junkfood Jeans, Foxwood, Ivy & Jack, Among The Brave, Sass, Fate & Becker, Home Lee, Stilen, Antler and Ecoya.  

PAIHIA - Roxy, Billabong, Quiksilver, RPM, Rhythm, Vissla, Junkfood Jeans, Betty Basic's Essentials, Sass, Fate & Becker, Ivy & Jack, Among The Brave, Amuse Society, Sisstrevolution, Home Lee, Foxwood, Stilen, Antler and Ecoya.

How do I know if my online order has been received ?  Once you place an order with Embellish you will be sent a confirmation email.  Please check carefully and make sure all the details are correct.  If any of the details on your confirmation email are not correct please contact us straightaway at embellishhomeandresort@gmail.com.

How will I know my order is on its way ? Embellish will send you an email when your package has left our shop, including your track and trace/courier information. 

Do you do lay-bys ? We don't do lay-bys online (only in store) but we do provide AfterPay at checkout which allows you to pay off your purchase.

Do you accept P.O Box numbers ?  No sorry we don't.  Please make sure you provide a physical address as in some cases a signature will be required. 

Do you accept bank transfer payments ?  Yes we do.  When you're checking out to pay please choose the Bank Deposit option. 

Do you accept overseas purchases ?  We certainly do.  If you would like to purchase from overseas please email us on embellishhomeandresort@gmail.com with the items you are interested in with sizes etc if required and we will get back to you with a price for postage.  Please also advise an address so that we can get you an accurate price.
