SELLING PRE LOVED CLOTHING

Welcome to our new Embellish venture!

Please find below the basic's to selling on Consignment with Embellish.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING SPRING/SUMMER ITEMS.

We are accepting daily drop offs (during shop hours) at our Paihia & Whangarei stores. 

On arrival please fill out the drop off form.  

All garments must be freshly laundered ie not straight out of the wardrobe. They must be washed just prior to bringing them in.  If they are not sorry we will not accept them or we will return them if they smell musty once in store. 

They must have zero marks, pilling, missing buttons, broken zips. 

So in excellent condition please.

We do not accept Shoes, Activewear, Underwear, Swimwear or Kids Clothing. 

Once I am in store I will go through your items and choose what will be accepted.  This process could take one week to 10 days depending on my movements. 

Accepted garments will be in store for 6 weeks.

Please Note - I wish to keep a stylish atheistic in store to compliment my new Embellish garments so I am going to be quite particular with what I accept and not all items may be accepted.  A list of the labels I won't be taking is below.

Once I have processed your accepted garments you will then be emailed a list of accepted pieces showing the sell price. Please read through and if there's anything you'd like to query please let me know within 24 hours.  After 24 hours your garments will be on the shop floor. 

Please Note - If there is any particular piece you'd like a certain price for please advise my staff at time of drop off.  Otherwise prices will be decided by myself. 

Once you have been emailed your consignment list you will have one week to collect unwanted items.  If not collected within this timeframe your items will be donated to the Hospice.  Unfortunately we don't have a huge storage space especially in the Paihia store.

COMMISSION

Embellish will pay the GST on each garment so your commission is 50% of the sale price (GST exclusive). 

This will be paid out at the end of your 6 weeks.  It can be paid as a bank deposit or you are welcome to use it as Store Credit in the Embellish store that you sold the items in. 

OUR CHARITY OF CHOICE 

I have chosen Hospice as my charity of choice for personal reasons.  They played an incredibly supportive role throughout the time Derek (my late husband) was terminal with cancer. I always try to give back to them where I can. So garments that are not required to be given back will be donated to the Hospice.

Pagani, Glassons, Whistle, Merric, Boo Hoo, Shein, Anko, Dotti, Target, The Warehouse, Supre, Cotton On, Glassons, Factorie, H & M, Jay Jay's, Temt, Mirrou and other Fast Fashion labels.
